The MCC Student Athlete of the month for September was sophomore volleyball player Kendall Holmes.

Holmes, from Germantown, WI,  is 7th in the nation for total kills with 353 on the year. The Scots volleyball team was 23-17, and 3-3 in Illinois Skyway Collegiate Conference play, through Oct. 22.
