If you intend to graduate this May, you will need to complete the following steps by Monday, April 1, 2019 to guarantee your name in the commencement program.

1.       Verify that you have met all requirements for your program of study.

Certificate and/or Degree requirements can be found in the catalog, online and in the Advising/Transfer Center, Room A257, where you can obtain Degree Planning Sheets and/or meet with an Academic Advisor. You may also meet with an occupational department chair to verify the requirements that must be completed for graduation.

2.       Submit Notice of Intent to Graduate form

Complete form online at www.mchenry.edu/graduation. If your Intent to Graduate form is received by Monday, April 1, your name will be included in the commencement program.

Commencement is Saturday, May 18 at 10 a.m.

Detailed information regarding the ceremony will be sent via email after April 1 or you can visit www.mchenry.edu/commencement.
